The Warriors is the football team of Silver Hill Prep, who always "slaughter" the Awesome Opossums during their matches.
History[]
According to Marco, the Warriors have a history of stealing the Awesome Opossums' possum mascot. When the possum passes away and is replaced by Ferguson in a possum costume, Marco fears that the Warriors will kidnap Ferguson instead.
When Marco tells Star that the Warriors "slaughter" the Awesome Opossums every year, Star takes him literally and sets up various traps for them. When the football game begins, Star realizes too late that the football teams are playing a game rather than fighting to the death, and the Warriors set off her traps. Two of the Warriors kidnap Ferguson but are blown away by Star's landmines, while another two are sucked down a black hole. The Warriors retreat, causing the Opossums to win by default.
Appearance[]
Their jerseys are blue-gray with a white and oxford blue stripe at the sleeve end. The pants and helmet are also oxford blue with a white stripe going down each. All players appear robust.
Personality[]
The Warriors are particularly ruthless players on the football field and not above stealing opposing team mascots in order to achieve victory. However, they quickly succumb to panic and fear when faced with monstrous creatures. Some of them also show some respect toward Marco when he saves them from said creatures.
